Schools

Access to sufficient safe water is fundamental for learning. HydroLOGICA partners with the Nicaraguan Ministry of Education to provide clean water to rural schools in Nicaragua. Many schools lack access to this critical component of education. Kids that have access to safe water are sick less, in school more, and spend more time learning and less time fetching water.
Kids with access to safe water, can not only drink the water, but will have good hygiene practices like hand washing.
According to UNICEF 600 million kids globally don’t have access to safe water at their school. Once school at a time we can change that statistic.

Most schools wells are from 150 to 300 feet deep and where consistent electricity is available fitted with an electric submersible pump. Where there is no reliable electricity we install a hand pump.
We partner with OneWorld Health to bring safe water and pubic health to schools in Nicaragua.
